"If your 18 this..." "Daddy bought 18 year old son this..." "always wrecking their cars this..." "18 years olds can't drive this..." "Blah Blah, and Blah!!!"Just because you're freakin 18 or 17 or 16 or whatever...it doesn't mean that you can't appreciate a car, and take extremely good care of it. I'm sorry, but I'm only 17, and I(not my dad) bought my 91 Twin Turbo, when I was only 15 years old. I paid $12,000 cash for it, with all the money that I saved up from the little jobs that I had done since I was like 10 years old, and from my pimpin job at Cafe 407 when I was 14 and 15 years old. I take a lot of pride in doing that. I also barley ever drive it, b/c I don't want to wreck it, and when I do drive it, I just love to cruise around, and occasionally, I mean occasionaly race the unfortunate bitch that just so happens to pull up beside me and rev their engine. Infact, I'm at college right now, and I didn't drive my car hear this morning(I never do), instead, I got a ride with my friend. I am currently working on many things on the car, and whenever anyone sees my car, and the stuff I have done, they are always like "spoiled rich kid!" What ever though, I know what I have done, and I'm sure that many other kids my age have done the same thing, but just don't get the respect, because they're not 20 or 30 years old. Bottom line: Don't asssume you know how someone treats their car, and how someone got their car by their age. Mike(17) 91BlackTT
